This number is staffed around the clock, every day. The first call gets a person, not a queue that opens at nine.
Nothing to pay for being connected
Using this service costs you nothing. No charge to call, none to be connected, and none for whatever quotes you collect. Only the work you hire is paid for, and you pay the contractor directly.
Licensed, insured and nearby
The contractor on the other end is independent, licensed for this trade in Massachusetts, and based close enough to Baldwinville to turn up. Ask for the license number and proof of insurance on the first visit; that request is normal and welcome.
If the match is wrong, call back
A contractor who misses the appointment or rubs you the wrong way is a reason to call back, not to give up. Ask for a different one; it costs nothing and nobody will argue.
The honest limit of all of this
None of the above is a warranty on anyone’s workmanship. The contractors are independent businesses, not employees of this site, and the work you agree with one of them is a contract between you and that contractor — its quality, its price, its schedule and its guarantee are theirs to give and yours to hold them to.
